  • Sessions typically run for 50 minutes.

  • The number of sessions vary depending on individual circumstances. They can range from short-term sessions focused on specific issues to longer-term therapy for comprehensive support. We'll assess your progress together along the way.

  • Confidentiality is a fundamental aspect of counselling. Information shared within sessions is kept confidential, except in situations where there's a risk of harm to yourself or others. I adhere to professional ethical standards and laws regarding confidentiality.

  • I have experience in various areas including anxiety, family trauma, and self-esteem. Feel free to inquire about specific concerns; I'm here to help.

  • I am currently only offering remote counselling sessions for new clients. These sessions maintain the same confidentiality and professionalism as in-person sessions, however we can discuss the possibility of in person sessions.
